Join us on 24 September for LCON’s AGM and a discussion of Oxford’s future

We look forward to welcoming you to this year’s annual general meeting and get-together:

  • Tuesday 24 September 2024
  • 7-8pm (doors opening at 6.30pm)
  • North Oxford Association Annexe, Diamond Place, Summertown, Oxford OX2 7DP

As well as holding our formal AGM, we are really looking forward to meeting members of the local community to share ideas about what our greener, cleaner city is going to look like, and the exciting projects that are getting us there. We are delighted that Councillor Louise Upton, Cabinet Member for Planning, and the Champion for Cycling, will be joining us for this discussion and sharing her vision and excitement for Oxford’s future.

There will also be an opportunity to have a go on a Gazelle electric bike, courtesy of Bainton Bikes.

All welcome, please bring a friend!

You can check whether you are a member by following the ‘Update my preferences’ link at the bottom of any of our mailings. If you don’t get mailings from us, sign up here!

You can download the AGM agenda and papers below. We can send a paper copy of the annual report and accounts to anyone who would like one (email us to request this).

If any members cannot attend the AGM, they can appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. The proxy can be any member, including the chair. It helps us a lot if you do this, so if you can’t attend, please download and fill in the proxy form, and return it to Kim Polgreen (kim.polgreen@lcon.org.uk) by 23 September.

We hope to see you there!
