Following the announcement a temporary congestion charge scheme starting 29 October, Oxfordshire County Council has announced “free park and ride bus journeys in Oxford for an initial period of three months from 29 October”. In addition, Oxford Bus Company are introducing a number of additional and more frequent bus services starting on 9 November 2025.
